What items can be returned?

You have the possibility to obtain a refund for all products ordered on the site www.polluxandpenelope.com during 15 (fifteen) days following the date of receipt of the products. (We only practice the refund and not the exchange of products ordered).

• These conditions are valid only for the items unworn, unwashed, with theirs labels and returned in their original packaging.
• Personalized items (medal engraved or embroidered sweater, for example) are not eligible for any refund.

How to request a refund for an item?

To return and get a refund for products ordered, simply send a parcel to the address below:

Returns will be at your costs. Upon receipt and after inspection of the returned item(s), there will be a refund of the returned products within a maximum period of 10 days. The refund will be processed by a credit to the cardholder’s account or your PayPal account (depending on the mean of payment used at the time of purchase).
